Frequently Asked Questions

Order Status

All jewellery pieces are crafted with care and with the best quality in mind. For in stock items we aim to dispatch within 3 working days from the order is paid, excluding wholesale orders. Once your order is shipped we will notify you via email along with the shipping details for tracking.

Packaging

All items are packed with gift giving in mind and mailed in a bubble wrapped parcel envelope.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. A flat fee is charged per international order. We ship all international orders via Registered Air Mail with our local mail provider, Royal Mail. Once your order is paid, the purchased jewellery pieces (excluding wholesale orders) will be packed and shipped within 3 working days. When your order is posted we will inform you via email with all the relevant tracking numbers.

If you prefer other shipping methods, such as inclusion of insurance, or via other shipping providers such as DHL, FedEx, please do not hesitate to Contact Us and we can negotiate on a postal upgrade. This will incur an increase in shipping charges and an agreement has to be made before the order is shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times based on working days from the day of postage:

  • Ireland & Europe: 3 - 7 working days
  • Americas & Canada: 3 - 10 working days
  • Asia & Africa: 7 - 14 working days

The shipping times provided are indicative. We cannot guarantee for any delay in postal services. Additional shipping allowance time should be factored for peak periods such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via Signed For Delivery mail (recorded mail) with our local mail provider, Royal Mail. Once your order is paid, the purchased jewellery pieces (excluding wholesale orders) will be packed and shipped within 3 working days. Once your order is posted we will inform you via email with all the relevant tracking numbers. Shipping should take within 1-3 working days from the day the item is shipped.

Urgent Orders

We endeavor to meet your requests. If you need something quick, please Contact Us prior to your purchase. Additional postage charges will be incurred for urgent orders to get the orders to you as soon as possible.

Collect Your Post

We ship by "Signed For Delivery" so that your purchases arrive safe and sound. However, the package requires sign-off upon arrival. If you do not have any one to pick up the post, make time to pick up the post once your local post office has informed you of the package arrival. If you delay it long enough, the package will be returned to us. Additional postage will be charged for the return postage. Contact Us in advance if you do not wish to send your purchases by registered mail.

Customs / Tax Charges

Import duties, custom levies may be charged by the customs at the arrival destination. We are not liable for any charges levied. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused during the destination customs clearance process.For any information on tax, levy and import duties contact your local customs office, as we do not have control over this.

Returns, Exchanges and Refund

We want you to love what you have chosen. If you are unsatisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them within 14 working days of receipt. Goods must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and in the condition received. All goods will be inspected upon return. A full refund will be offered upon successful inspection as soon as possible, latest within 30 days. For hygiene reasons the return policy does not include earrings. Please Contact Us before you return any items to us so that we are made known about the return.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged please Contact Us within 7 working days of receipt. Preferably, please send us a photo of the damaged goods via email. We will send out a replacement as soon as we receive the returned damaged goods. For returns and exchanges we strongly recommend you to return them to us via registered post as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please Contact Us before you return any damaged items to us so that we are made known about the items required for exchange.

A full refund minus the cost of the initial postage fee will only be made upon receipt of the items and with the quality checked. Returns postage are not refunded / reimbursed.

Pricing and Currency

All items are priced in GBP £. Please refer to www.xe.com to convert the prices to your local currency.

Payment

We encourage all payments to be made through PayPal. All major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express can be processed through PayPal and it is free for customers. Log on to www.paypal.com for more information.

Jewellery Production

All the jewellery pieces are produced with the best quality in mind. Throughout the production process, we try to source for raw materials and labour as ethically as possible.

Jewellery Care

Every jewellery piece is unique and has been crafted with the best quality in mind. Each piece of jewellery should be treated with care. Here are tips to care for your jewellery:

  • Avoid exerting brutal forces to the jewellery pieces, as they will break under force.
  • Steer clear from hair spray, perfume and body lotion in the area that you wear your jewellery as chemicals in the products can cause discoloration to the materials.
  • Refrain from wearing the jewellery pieces to swimming, showers or long soaks in the bath as moisture may tarnish the jewellery pieces.
  • It is natural for metals to oxidize with exposure to air and moisture. Therefore it is best to keep the pieces dry away from sunlight.
  • To avoid your jewellery pieces getting tangled up or damaged, store your jewellery neatly after each wear.
  • Sterling silver can be polished with a silver jewellery cloth to restore the shine. However avoid applying polish on to acrylic / perspex / metal surfaces.
  • Acrylic / Perspex / Metal surfaces can be easily cleaned by wiping with a soft cloth.

Jewellery Servicing

In the unlikely event that something breaks due to wear and tear please Contact Us and we will work with you on it. Jewellery pieces must be returned to us to perform any servicing work. A fee will be charged if any components require replacing together with postage. We strongly recommend you to send the jewellery to us via registered post as we will not be responsible for postage that do not reach us. Once the postage reach us we will inform you via email.

Wholesale

We supply for wholesale. A discount is offered to all wholesale orders. Please Contact Us for wholesale queries and we will provide you all the details to login to our Wholesale Page.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase directly from our website. To redeem gift voucher purchases:

  • Visit www.go-jewellery.com
  • Shop and select an item(s) you want to purchase.
  • Select PayPal as your payment option. Log in to your Paypal account. You must have or register for a PayPal account to redeem the gift voucher. (To register, click Sign Up now)
  • When prompted, enter your gift voucher redemption code and follow the last steps to redeem your Gift Voucher.

Important Terms:

  • Printed Gift Vouchers are transferable if they do not include a recipient email address. For security and verification purposes, you may be required to verify your identity using a credit card.
  • Multiple gift vouchers can be redeemed on a single purchase if they are in the same currency. Unused balances may be applied to other purchases.
  • Gift Vouchers do not expire and do not accrue maintenance fees.
  • Neither Go Jewellery nor PayPal are responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
  • Your use of your gift voucher is subject to terms and conditions specified above.
